What You’ll Do:  
Collaborate with series director on the style of the series 
Establish and define process and workflow for the board team 
Lead the team in translating the script into visuals – this will be done through a combination of fully drawn sequences and utilizing some established CG elements such as sets where characters are drawn over top 
Ensure the storytelling is hitting the right notes; that the emphatic moments have emphasis, there is intensity where needed, the jokes are funny and the story pays off in the end 
Annotate scripts thoroughly and direct the storyboarding team throughout the boarding of an episode; communicate ideas effectively and recommend solutions to help interpret the script visually 
Consult with series director as to the feasibility of action in the script and suggest creative solutions that will maintain the vision of the series 
Approve the final storyboard panels and be aware of the show continuity 
Train, mentor, and motivate storyboard artists 
Anticipate, communicate, and troubleshoot any creative or technical issues 
Understand the needs and strengths of the storyboarding team and encourage growth and development of the storyboarding team 
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team 

 What You’ll Bring:  
Experience working in CG (live action or 3D) essential 
4+ years experience as a Storyboard Artist 
Minimum 1 year of experience in Supervisor position 
Demonstrated ability to lead and execute a team  in Comedy / Action style 
Strong communication and collaboration skills 
Leadership and critical thinking 
Experience drawing boards over top of CG

What You’ll Do:  
Partner with Producer to oversee and manage the production plan - including schedules, budgets, and all deliverables in collaboration with the VP of Production to facilitate delivery on the creative vision of the series 
In collaboration with the Producer, Development and Technical teams identify and implement the production resources &amp; strategies necessary to support the project 
Support the Producer in managing the script process including clearances, script meetings, delivery, and related budget 
Partner with Producer in managing voice records and VR budget, including casting 
Work alongside the Producer to understand Cost Reports and budget tracking on the project, attending 
Cost Report meetings with Finance and Production 
Work with the Producer in generating contracts for crew &amp; outside vendors 
Works with the Producer and Artist Management on Crew Planning and budget implications 
Attend any meetings with key supervisors to regularly review progress on production schedule and budget 
Working with the Production Manager in seeking proactive solutions to potential production problems identified by the PM &amp; coordination team 
Work with the Production Manager to ensure data is collected and evaluated against project assumptions on an ongoing basis 
Participate in interviews and the hiring process as needed, to support Supervisors in finding talent that will be successful on the project 
Oversee the production’s progress, review reports, and flag any issues to the Producer

What You’ll Bring: 
Solid experience as a Production Manager for either CG or 2D animated episodic productions, ideally with knowledge in pre-pro and production

What You’ll do:
Lead fiscal planning, resource allocation, and budget strategy to balance creative and studio objectives.

In partnership with studio, responsible for establishing and managing Shotgrid templates throughout production. 
Define and maintain a dailies process that supports clear communication, maintains visual standards and quota expectations. 
Presents new initiatives to the studio illustrating ROI, risk and change management implications. 
Foster a culture of regular feedback and check-ins with direct reports, ensure they are doing the same. Collaborate with Head of Production and Talent on any employee relations issues. 
Establish team culture and values that are aligned with WildBrain’s policies and principles, monitor morale, and recommend initiatives supporting a positive work environment.

Meet weekly with Production Accountant to discuss EFC, Cost Report, Cash Flow timing Staffing Profile and Production Schedule changes in assigned departments. Reports to Producers and Studio Executives on status prior to Month Close. 



What you’ll Bring: 
Minimum 8 years in animation production management roles on feature films. 
Demonstrated ability to successfully schedule and execute on all aspects of feature films. 
Thorough knowledge of industry-wide data and asset management tracking tools and applications (i.e. Flow Production Tracking, formerly ShotGrid). 
Demonstrated experience working directly with creative leadership and talent. 
Prior experience working with a remote studio and remote tools a plus. 
Must be willing to travel abroad on an as-needed basis.
