WildBrain Studios is home to wildly talented artists from around the globe, and we are committed to producing the highest-quality shows and to nurturing talent and providing opportunities to grow and learn. Many of our crew have been with us for years—some since the very beginning over 30 years ago—and we continue to welcome new creative talent onto the WildBrain team, ranging from those who are just starting out in their careers to seasoned industry-leading professionals.
Here’s what a few of our artists have to say about working at WildBrain:
“WildBrain is a great place to foster creativity and motivate artistic growth. It’s awesome to work with such talented and compassionate artists!”
-Tori Grant, Storyboard Supervisor
“The people! Everyone on my show from artists to production is always doing their best to push the show quality, while maintaining a friendly and healthy work environment.”
-Renato Neves, Lead Animator
“What I love most about working at WildBrain is the friendly and collaborative atmosphere the studio has. Whether it is working with my production team or interacting with people from other departments and productions, everyone comes together to create a warm and inviting space. I like that even my dog gets to be included!”
-Lindsay Booth, Episode Director
“I love how connected me and my coworkers are – when I’m working, I’m just hanging out with friends.”
-Zora Wang, BG Layout & Colour Artist
“Working at WildBrain Studios means having people around who care about and support your career growth. As someone with big aspirations, with each step I’ve taken from my first days answering phones at the front desk to now, directing and in development for my own series, the people at WildBrain have been there to lift and encourage me. From peers to supervisors to executives, I’ve felt that my experience, enthusiasm, and long-term goals have been taken seriously. It’s given me the confidence needed to put myself out there for advancement opportunities and drives me to maintain that supportive and encouraging environment on each show I’m a part of.”
-Megan Russell, Director
“The studio is very diversity- and inclusion-oriented and takes care to give people as many opportunities as possible to have long contracts and continued work instead of the unsure situation in many larger VFX houses. It’s nice to work for a studio that cares about its employees, and this has to be the nicest studio I’ve ever had the pleasure of working for. Honestly, I would recommend working here to anyone, if a good work life balance and a studio that cares about your growth as an artist is what you’re looking for.”
-Shirin Chawla, Lighter/Compositor
