In this role, you have exceptional skills and experience in modeling and texturing. You create characters, props and set models that accurately represent the artistic goals and story concepts of the production.

What You’ll Do:
- Ensure assets are on-spec conforming to art direction and following studio best practices
- Implement feedback received from lead
- Communicate with seniors and leads on concerns ahead of time
- Assist with mentoring junior modelers as needed
- Ensure production deadlines are met
- Communication with the asset coordinator regularly
- Carry out duties in a professional and positive manner
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Computer Animation, or other relevant area of study and/or equivalent job experience
- Highly motivated, pro-active, with a solid work ethic and positive attitude
- Knowledge of the production process and pipeline
- Ability to communicate in a professional and positive manner
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Excellent visual skills and attention to detail
- Encouraging attitude towards feedback and new initiatives
- Attentive and active listening
- Excellent knowledge in Maya, Substance or Mari and Photoshop or equivalent
Nice to Have:
- Shotgrid experience
- Experience in Mudbox is a benefit
- Experience using Unreal or another game engine
Knowledge in Blueprinting lighting or Niagara VFX system
Pay Range: $1000 to $1600 per week
Candidates are paid within the range posted, but their exact pay will vary based on the level, responsibilities and expectations of the role. We also take into consideration the experience and skills that individuals brings, with considerations of our internal equity.
